If your order is faulty or broken on arrival Sharon Moncur Jewellery will be happy to replace the item or refund the purchase price and delivery value. Please return in the same packaging (unless packaging is severely damaged). If your jewellery breaks within 30 days of purchase I will provide a refund. After the 30 day period I can offer a repair or replacement.

At Sharon Moncur Jewellery I create handmade pieces. This means some of my jewellery is completely unique and therefore cannot be replaced like for like. In this instance, another item may be selected for the same purchase price if preferred. Please contact me using the contact form to discuss your options further.

Not happy with your handmade jewellery or changed your mind and want to return it? You can return the item up to 14 days after you receive it. I can of course only accept jewellery in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. The full purchase price will be refunded onto the card you paid with. Refunds may take 14 working days to reach your account. Postage and packaging should be paid for by the purchaser. I cannot accept returned earrings unless they are faulty due to hygiene guidelines. Complete a contact form to begin the returns process.

Over the Christmas period Sharon Moncur Jewellery offers an extended refund policy. Items bought between 1st November and 24th December can be returned until 21st January. The jewellery must be in perfect unworn condition, in the original packaging and come with proof of purchase. I cannot accept returned earrings unless they are faulty due to hygiene guidelines.

Commissioned items cannot be returned unless faulty. During the commission process I will work with the customer to ensure the design and resulting finished piece is what client requires. At Sharon Moncur Jewellery my goal is that you will love your commissioned handmade jewellery and would never wish to return it!
